ANNUAL CONTRACTS For groups of ten or more schools, the most cost effective way of guaranteeing access to the various support services described on our website is to take out an annual support contract. This means you will have four full days of support to use as you wish in the course of a year. Our Big Picture Briefings - setting out the things you need to do to be ready for next year - will come as standard. In addition to headteacher briefings, we'll be happy to provide sessions for senior team members, middle leaders, whole staff groups and governors. If you're interested, the group can join our AESOPP integrated skills-based performance objective setting system for teachers and TA's - and one or more of the sessions can then be used to train and update team leaders. Having an ongoing relationship of this nature makes it much easier for us to work effectively with governors on issues such as headteachers' pay, entitlement to work/life balance and income from external consultancy.
