VALIDATE SEF JUDGEMENTS

How schools set about validating their SEF judgements is a major preoccupation of the lead inspector….particularly when it comes to the quality of teaching and learning.

Many senior leadership teams find it helpful to reassure themselves that they are making Ofsted-consistent judgements - often, for example, in their ability to draw the line between "good" and "outstanding" with confidence - so that they can show inspectors that they have gone through a rigorous validation process to arrive at this point

With this in mind, our Validation Day brings a qualified Ofsted inspector to your school to research and report on any SEF judgement you would like checked out. In addition to work done in school (for example paired observations) you will receive a written report setting out the work done and the judgements reached.

A Validation Day costs £850 plus travel, accommodation if required and VAT
