Head Support's business is all about building long-term relationships with individual schools and groups of schools. The consultancy market is changing rapidly and our aim is to build a nationally-recognised brand that is seen as synonymous with high quality support to headteachers, senior leadership teams and governors. If you're interested in working with us, we hope you'll first explore this website to get as clear an idea as you can of what we already do and what we are planning for the future. Although we currently have a bank of established consultants large enough to meet the needs of headteachers in the 40 LA's where we have already run major courses, the next two years are likely to see a rapid expansion of our work and we're always pleased to hear from people who feel they have the skills to deliver our existing courses....and to achieve the average overall evaluation rating of 3.5 out of 4 that we expect in return for a daily rate, with performance bonus, of anything between £500 and £950 depending on the type of work

As our relationships with groups of schools develop, our aim is to be able to satisfy the ongoing training and development needs of their senior teams and governors so that they continue to take our annual support contracts. If you can predict what they will be wanting one or two years down the line, now is the time to be developing an attractive programme, road testing it wherever you can, and building the evaluation profile that will enable us to include it with confidence in our brochure.
