Head Support's business is all about building long-term relationships with individual schools and groups of schools. The consultancy market is changing rapidly and our aim is to build a nationally-recognised brand that is seen as synonymous with high quality support to headteachers, senior leadership teams and governors. Although we currently have a bank of established consultants large enough to meet the needs of headteachers in the 40 LA's where we have already run major courses, the next two years are likely to see a rapid expansion of our work and we're always pleased to hear from people who feel they have the skills to deliver our existing courses....and to achieve the average overall evaluation rating of 3.5 out of 4 that we expect in return for a daily rate, with performance bonus, of anything between £500 and £950 depending on the type of work
